March 2021 - March 2022
As a Brand Engagement Specialist at AllyHealth, I sat at the intersection of Marketing and PR, running point on digital marketing and communications for the organization. In this role, I:
Developed and executed on marketing & PR plans based on business priorities and KPIs, covering media outreach, social media, and B2B marketing and communications collateral.
Crafted press releases, media lists, campaign briefs, and new business pitches for internal teams.
Established annual marketing goals and develop metric tracking mechanisms to monitor success.
Liaised with new brand partners to improve utilization of programs through strategic marketing.
Aided account management by providing customized materials (blog posts, landing pages, app mockups, email campaigns) for client use.
Collaborated directly with the Executive Team to set quarterly marketing agendas.

As an Account Coordinator, I was responsible for:
Crafted strategic PR materials including press releases, by-lines, thought leadership assets, speaking submissions, media lists, and research reports for client accounts.
Drafted and proactively pitched storylines to secure coverage in national, industry trade and digital media outlets.
Managed client’s social media strategy and platforms, overseeing $50,000 yearly social advertising budget and increasing Instagram audience by 20%.
Composed client meeting agendas, industry news scans, campaign analytics and metrics reports, press coverage recaps, competitor tracking documents, and media interview briefings.
Supported internship program management, including general assigning of internship tasks, conducting performance reviews, and interviewing new candidates.

As a Senior PR intern at BIGfish, I was responsible for a variety of PR tasks that included compiling media lists, drafting and sending pitches, conducting outreach on behalf of clients to secure coverage, writing media backgrounder documents, tracking press coverage and clipping press hits. Additionally, my internal responsibilities included creating and executing BIGfish social content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter. In addition, I was responsible for writing and editing blog posts, drafting copy for website articles, contributing to client pitch materials and training new interns.

At ROI UP, I aided online reputation management for numerous clients. Contributed to bilingual community management efforts, social listening and monitoring, identified key stakeholders, adapted channels to communicate directly with current and potential customers and created a competitive advantage across platforms. Created monthly Instagram planning calendars. Wrote social media and blog content and supported the preparation of reports and benchmarks.

While working in the Marketing and Communications Department of the leading pediatric hospital in the United States, I drafted copy and scheduled posts for all hospital social media sites (Facebook - Facebook - +76,000 likes, Instagram - 18.8k followers, Twitter - 56.4k followers, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Created videos for social media, Youtube and hospital blogs. Assisted with monthly media analysis and metrics reports as well as creating weekly "in the news" newsletter for executive staff.

As a Councillor Mazen’s social media marketing intern for his 2019 Congressional campaign, I created a social media marketing strategy from scratch. Developed a weekly posting schedule, identified key stakeholder audiences and drafted an overall digital campaign strategy. Also developed a social media strategy for Outvote.io, a grassroots campaigning website.
